First organic winery in Villány in the south of Hungary.
Owner: Ralf Wassmann (studied Viniculture and Beverage Technology in Geisenheim am Rhein) and Susann Hanauer (Solicitor, marketed top-quality French wines in Germany).

Our wines are like our children:
They need our support and our knowledge and we have to give them time to grow
and develop their own characters. Only then will they grow into something special
and unique.

We do all of the work in the vineyards and cellar ourselves. This allows us to guarantee the purity and quality of every bottle. Organic producing means that we commit ourselves to responsible care of nature. We accomplish this by renouncing the use of synthetically produced insecticides,
herbicides, fungicides and artificial fertilizers.

In addition to these measures we ensure our vineyard maintains a natural and healthy balance by sowing a variety of wild herbs and by using organic humus fertilization.
