Storing wines

Storing wines requires great care and attention. You should only store wine of excellent quality; otherwise all your efforts will be lost.

Conditions necessary for storing wines:

• dark and odourless room (cellar),
• temperature of 10-14 °C, preferably constant,
• bottles laid horizontally,
• a ventilated place of adequate humidity.
