Our winery is renewed in 2015. Adapting to market demands, we have implemented a technology and capacity development, along with the designation of new directions. Based on previous years experiences, by taking advantage of the exceptional potential of the region with our unbroken pursuit of quality can lead to success. We are confident that with careful work and expertise, we can create a range of products each year so that to our customers the brand name “Stier” not only symbolizes wines with unique features but also guaranteed quality. For this purpose, taking advantage of the possibilities of modern technological processes, with the regional traditions, our wines are produced only from first class raw materials.

The annual production of the winery after the capacity development is approximately 70000 bottles, 65% white and rosé, 35% red wine. Each type of wine and blend is made in accordance with the vintage conditions, according to the criteria of the Villány protection system, available in classical, premium and super premium categories. While the most important aspect for us is the satisfaction of our customers, we are happy to note that our products acknowledged by the professional audience as well. Our bottled wines are permanently presented and awarded at local, regional and national wine competitions.

Of white wines we are offering Sauvignon Blanc, Olaszrizling and Hárslevelű varieties, which lively, rich flavour and strong acidic base is the merit of the special Siklós wine grapes. The „Cimbora” sparkling wines have a white and rose blend base, which offer a special experience with young, fresh and vibrant taste. The well-structured, full-bodied red wines embody the unique features of Villány. Besides the great French varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc), Portugieser and Kékfrankos are part of the repertoire. The optimum use of barrels adjusted for varieties adds the unique flavor of deep red wines with pleasant woody spices. Our Bourdeux style blend is the „Birtokbor”, in which the unique nature of varieties and the spirit of the winemaker is also presented. The new leading product of the Villány wine region is the Villányi Franc, which we also create with great care.
